Device &1 not available for operations at *COMMIT synchronization level.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A failure was encountered during device vary on processing while processing internal objects used for two-phase commit communications. This failure occurred as a result of an unusable communications object or some other type of internal system failure. The specified device cannot be used for protected conversations, which have a synchronization level of *COMMIT.
Recovery . . . : Vary this device off and then vary it back on (VRYCFG command). Use the Work with Job (WRKJOB) command to display the LU services (QLUS) job log to determine the cause of the error. Follow the recovery for previous messages. If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
