Program &1 in library &2 already exists.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You specified program &1, but there is already a program by that name in library &2.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
1) Either change the program name or change the library name in the PGM or APP parameter;
2) Use the DLTPGM command to delete the program from the library, and then use the appropriate create program command to create the program again.
Then try your request again.
