Command not allowed due to device state.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The device description for device &1 has a generate cartridge identifier (GENCTGID) parameter value of *SYSGEN. This command is not allowed in this device state.
Recovery . . . : Either do not issue the command, or change the device description to specify GENCTGID(*VOLID) and retry the command.
