Cause . . . . . : Device description &1 has a specified value of *SYSGEN for the generate cartridge identifier (GENCTGID) parameter and category commands are not necessary when this value is specified. All cartridges are in the *SYSGEN category when GENCTGID(*SYSGEN) is specified. Use the Display Device Description (DSPDEVD) command to see the specified value.
Recovery . . . : Do not attempt to change the category value of a cartridge in the *SYSGEN category from a device in GENCTGID(*SYSGEN) mode.
