Ending file sequence number less than starting sequence number.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A value was specified that is not valid for the sequence number value on the command. Ending file number was &5 and starting file number was &4.
Recovery . . . : Either specify the correct values of sequence numbers, or specify *ALL, and then, try the command again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . :
-- If the command executing is the Dump Tape (DMPTAP) command, the range of sequence numbers specified in the SEQNBR parameter were not correct. The range of sequence numbers determines what files are dumped to a spool file.
-- If the command executing is the Dup Tape (DUPTAP) command, the range of sequence numbers specified in the FROMSEQNBR parameter were not correct. The range of sequence numbers determines what files are to be duplicated.
-- If the command executing is the Display Tape (DSPTAP) command, the range of sequence numbers specified in the SEQNBR parameter were not correct. The range of sequence numbers determines what files are to be displayed.
