Cartridge &6 in error on device &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Cartridge &6 in library device &2 is in error. The operation involving the cartridge was &3 which is defined by one of the following operation types:
1 -- The cartridge error occurred while attempting to move the cartridge.
2 -- The cartridge error occurred while a category selection was specified to the library device manager.
3 -- The cartridge error occurred while the automatic cartridge loader fill or clear operation was being performed.
4 -- The condition was detected in an operation not included in the other operations above.
The type of error on cartridge &6 was &4 which is defined by one of the following exception codes:
1 -- The cartridge was previously misplaced, but the library device manager has found the cartridge and the inventories have been updated.
2 -- The cartridge was not found and the inventories have been updated to reflect the missing cartridge.
3 -- A cartridge with a readable Cartridge ID was found and determined to be a duplicate. The cartridge has been removed to an output station.
4 -- A cartridge was found in the input station that was a duplicate of a cartridge already present in the library device. The duplicate cartridge was left in the input station.
5 -- A cleaning cartridge has been ejected because it has exceeded it's maximum usage count.
Recovery . . . : The error may be an information only from the library device manager, but the type of error on cartridge &6 was &4 which is may be recoverable by the following:
1 -- The cartridge has been found. The message was signalled for information only.
2 -- Find the missing cartridge and add it to library device &2. Retry the operation.
3 -- Remove one of the duplicate cartridge ID and attempt the command again.
4 -- Remove the cartridge ID already in the library device and attempt to reinsert the cartridge that was left in the input station.
5 -- Remove the cleaning cartridge from the output station and reinsert a new cleaning cartridge for use by the library device manager.
