Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An active file &4 sequence number &6 was found on volume &2 on device &1. The tape was not prepared for operation. The ending date is &5 for file sequence number &6. An active file is a file that has an ending date greater than the system date.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then try the command again:
-- Load a different volume on the tape drive.
-- Specify CHECK(*NO) on the Initialize Tape (INZTAP) or Duplicate Tape (DUPTAP) command to ignore the active files.
