New volume &2 is a nonstandard labeled tape. Volume not prepared.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The new volume identifier contains characters that are not allowed or they are embedded blanks. The identifier is restricted to characters A through Z, zero through nine, at-sign, dollar-sign, and pound sign. A tape management system may have specified a a volume to be used that was not correct.
Recovery . . . : Specify the correct new volume ID on the Initialize Tape (INZTAP) command with the NEWVOL parameter, and then try the command again.
