Load failure occurred on device &25.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Device failed to load the tape properly in device &25. Possible causes are:
-- Tape drive door open.
-- Tape reel or cartridge missing.
-- Tape reel or cartridge not placed properly in drive.
-- Tape reel does not have correct reflective markers.
Recovery . . . : Correct any of the above conditions and try again. If the problem continues, press F14 to run problem analysis.
