Command did not complete on device &25.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A device failure occurred because the response from the device was not received in the specified time.
Recovery . . . : Vary off device &25 and then on again through the Work with Configuration Status (WRKCFGSTS) command with CFGTYPE(*DEV) specified. Then try the request again. If the job will not start again, a new failure message will be sent. If the problem continues, press F14 to run problem analysis.

The failure in the device has occurred during the processing of a command. The failure stopped the command from running and the processing of the command did not complete.
