Volume ID does not match cartridge ID

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Volume identifier &3 in library &1 is not allowed as the new volume identifier for this cartridge. The new volume identifier must match the external identifier &2 of the tape cartridge.
Recovery . . . : Specify the new volume identifier in the Initialize Tape (INZTAP) command by:
-- Specifying NEWVOL(*CTGID) to initialize to the cartridge ID
-- Specifying &2 as the new volume identifier in the NEWVOL parameter.
