Cartridge &2 not in an available category

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Cartridge &2 does not exist in a usable category at this time in library device &1. The condition code &6 indicates the cause:
1 -- Cartridge &3 is in the *NOSHARE category and the *NOSHARE is defined for system &5.
2 -- *INSERT is not a usable category.
3 -- *EJECT is not a usable category.
Recovery . . . : The condition code &6 indicates the recovery action:
1 -- Cartridge &2 has a primary owner of system &5 and is not available on this system.
2 -- Use the Add Tape Cartridge (ADDTAPCTG) command to add the cartridge to a usable category and retry the operation.
3 -- Physically remove the cartridge from the library device and retry the operation.
