Library device description &1 not deleted

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The definition of library device &1 has not been deleted from the system. The condition code &6 indicates the cause:
1 -- Library device &1 does not exist.
2 -- Library device &1 was not created with the Create Device Media Library (CRTDEVMLB) command so it cannot be deleted with the Delete Device Media Library (DLTDEVMLB) command.
3 -- The library database was busy or failed with an error.
Recovery . . . : The condition code &6 indicates the recovery action:
1 -- Do not attempt to delete a library device that does not exist or is not a library device.
2 -- Use the delete command supplied with the library device.
3 -- See the previously listed messages to determine the database error recovery action.
