Cause . . . . . : An attempt was made to retrieve or change the media library attributes for job &3/&2/&1 which has a different user name than the current user and the current user does not have job control (*JOBCTL) special authority.
Recovery . . . : Get job control (*JOBCTL) special authority from the security officer and try the request again.
