Continuation volume cannot be duplicated.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The input file sequence number on volume &2 in device &1 is a continuation file. Duplication is only allowed to the beginning of the output volume unless the entire tape volume set is duplicated at the same time. If a volume starting with a partial file is being duplicated, then the starting from sequence number must be *FIRST and the to sequence number must be *FROMSEQ.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Do not attempt to duplicate a partial file unless it is to the beginning of the output volume and matches the file sequence number.
-- Duplicate the entire tape volume set at the same time by specifying all volumes on the from volume (FROMVOL) parameter.
