TOSEQNBR not correct on volume &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An output sequence number of &6 was specified for volume &2 on device &1. Starting a new volume with sequence numbers other than TOSEQNBR(*FROMSEQ) is not allowed unless the TOSEQNBR value matches the from volume sequence number.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Specify the correct file sequence or TOSEQNBR(*FROMSEQ).
-- Use a different tape volume that contains file sequence numbers that match the specified TOSEQNBR.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The first file on any tape must start with either file sequence 1 or be a continuation file.
