File sequence number &3 not correct for volume &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error has occurred processing on device &1 because the file sequence number &3 is not correct. The file sequence number specified must be 1 or one greater than the largest existing file sequence number on volume &2. If *N is specified for the volume, then the volume is a non-labeled tape volume. If device &1 supports overwriting of data blocks, then any existing file sequence may be specified, but the file that is overwritten and any files following the specified file will be no longer accessible.
Recovery . . . : Specify 1, *END, one greater than the last file sequence, or an existing file sequence number if the device supports overwriting of data.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : If device &1 is a media library device, the cartridge identifier of volume &2 is &4.
