Cause . . . . . : Remote journal &1 in library &2 was not added to journal &3 in library &4 because the user profile &8 does not exist on target system &7.
Recovery . . . : Have the security officer create the user profile on target system &7, and try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Relational database directory entry &5 on system &6 identified target system &7.
