Cause . . . . . : The specified journal entry cannot be associated with file &1 in library &2 because of one of the following:
-- File &1 in library &2 is not a data base file.
-- File &1 in library &2 is a logical file that is not journaled.
Recovery . . . : Correct the error and try your request again.
