Journal &1 in library &2 is unusable.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Journal &1 in library &2 was not completely created, or an attempt to delete it did not complete successfully.
Recovery . . . : Try to delete the journal using DLTJRN and then re-create it using CRTJRN. If you are unable to delete the journal (perhaps you receive a MCH4806) make sure that all commit transactions for the journal have been either committed or rolled back and make sure that journaling is ended for all objects (ENDJRNPF *ALL, ENDJRNAP *ALL, ENDJRNOBJ *ALL *ALL, ENDJRN *ALL, ENDJRNLIB *ALL, or use the QjoEndJournal API). After ensuring that all activity on the journal is ended, try to delete the journal again. If you are still unable to delete the journal an IPL may force the journal to a recoverable boundary so that it can be deleted. If after an IPL you are still unable to delete the journal use ANZPRB to report the problem.
