Cause . . . . . : The journal state of remote journal &1 in library &2 on the target system identified by relational database directory entry &5 was not changed to *ACTIVE. Remote journal &1 in library &2 is already receiving entries from journal &3 in library &4.
Recovery . . . : No recovery is necessary.
