Cause . . . . . : A starting journal receiver of &8 was specified.
If *ATTACHED was specified, there is no journal receiver attached to remote journal &1 in library &2 on system &7 and there also is no journal receiver attached to journal &3 in library &4 on system &6.
If *SRCSYS was specified, there is no journal receiver attached to journal &3 in library &4 on system &6.
