Cause . . . . . : The journal state of remote journal &1 in library &2 on the target system identified by relational database directory entry &5 was not changed. Remote journal &1 in library &2 is not associated with journal &3 in library &4 on this system.
Recovery . . . : Use the Add Remote Journal (ADDRMTJRN) command or the Add Remote Journal (QjoAddRemoteJournal) API to add remote journal &1 in library &2 on the system identified by relational database directory entry &5 to journal &3 in library &4 and try the request again.
