State of journal &1 in &2 not changed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The state of journal &1 in library &2 identified by relational database directory entry &5 was not changed to *ACTIVE. During the catch-up processing to activate remote journal &1 in library &2 from journal &3 in library &4, another job requested that the remote journal be inactivated. The inactivate request occurred while replicating the journal entries in receiver &6 in library &7. All receivers prior to receiver &6 have been fully replicated.
Recovery . . . : No recovery is necessary.
