At least one parameter value is not correct. Reason code is &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : At least one of the parameters has an invalid value. The reason codes are:
1 - You must specify the length of the data to be displayed as a value between &2 and &3. You specified a length of &4.
2 - You specified &4 bytes to be displayed, but did not pass that many bytes to the program and an error was encountered.
Recovery . . . : Change the program to specify the correct parameter values and try your request again.
