Cause . . . . . : The Interactive Terminal Facility (ITF) could not create the file member. The possible causes are:
-- File member already exists.
-- Specified the "Convert to Source" option with a record length less than 13 bytes.
-- Specified file is already full.
-- Not enough authority for the create operation.
-- One or more objects needed for the create operation not found.
Recovery . . . : Check the job log for other messages indicating recovery for this error. Correct any errors, and then try the request again.
