Cannot start or end access path journaling for file &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Access path journaling could not be started or ended for file &1 in library &2 because the file is not a database file or because it is a database file that cannot have access path journaling started or ended for it. Access path journaling can be started or ended only for physical database files, keyed logical database files, or joined logical database files.
Recovery . . . : Correct the error and try your request again.
