Journal receiver not created.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The JRNRCV(*GEN) parameter was specified; however, the system could not create the journal receiver for journal &1 in library &2.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Look at the job log (DSPJOBLOG command) for messages that indicate the reason for this error. Correct any errors and try the request again.
-- If there are no previously listed messages, either a unique name could not be created, the current receiver name ends with 9999, or the attached receiver is damaged. Create a journal receiver (CRTJRNRCV command) with a unique name and try the change journal (CHGJRN) request again, specifying the name of the receiver just created.
