Library QTEMP not valid for message queue parameter.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Message queue &1 in library QTEMP was specified in the MSGQ parameter. However, QTEMP is not a valid library for the MSGQ parameter.
Recovery . . . : Specify a message queue in a library other than QTEMP in the MSGQ parameter. Then try your request again.
