Cannot delete journal receiver &1 while attached.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Journal receiver &1 in library &2 cannot be deleted because it is attached to journal &3 in library &4.
Recovery . . . : Use the CHGJRN command to detach journal receiver &1. Then try the request again.
