Message : CPF7039
Entries that are not committed were not applied or removed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The specified TO option identifies a journal entry that is not on a commit boundary, however, CMTBDY(*YES) was specified.
Recovery . . . : You can use the display journal (DSPJRN) command to display the final journal entries that were created by this operation to identify the specific ending sequence numbers for each object that had entries applied or removed.
The journal entries by object type and command are:
-- Apply Journaled Changes (APYJRNCHG) command:
---- Physical File members - F, AY
---- Physical Files - D, DD
---- Data Areas - E, EQ
---- Data Queues - Q, QH
---- Integrated File System objects - B, AT
--Remove Journaled Changes (RMVJRNCHG) command:
---- Physical File members - F, RC
---- Physical Files - D, DD
---- Data Areas - E, EX
The operation was performed to the commit boundary before the specified TO option. If this is not acceptable, specify a new sequence number for the FROMENTLRG or the FROMENT parameter and specify CMTBDY(*NO). Then try the request again.
