Journal receiver &1 in &2 is partial receiver.

Cause . . . . . : The journal receiver was restored on the system from a version that was saved while the receiver was attached to the journal. The version on the system may be missing journal entries. If the operation is to apply journaled changes (APYJRNCHG command), this receiver can be used only if it is the ending receiver specified for the receiver range (RCVRNG parameter). If the operation is to remove journaled changes (RMVJRNCHG command), this receiver can be used only if it is the starting receiver specified for the receiver range (RCVRNG parameter) and a starting sequence number is specified on the FROMENTLRG or the FROMENT parameter.
