Duplicate key not allowed for member &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The operation to apply or remove journaled entries failed on journal receiver &4 in library &5 sequence number &9, because record &7 of member &3 file &1 in library &2 has a duplicate key. The apply or remove operation of the output, update, or delete operation to record &8 was not successful. Either the version of file &1 on the system or the starting specification is not correct.
Recovery . . . : Either restore the correct version of the file or change the value for the FROM option. Then try the request again.
