Cannot perform journaled change to member &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The operation to apply or remove journaled entries failed at sequence number &10 in journal receiver &4 in library &5 because there is a uniquely keyed access path over member &3 file &1 in library &2 that has been marked not valid. The logical owner of this access path is member &9 file &7 in library &8.
Recovery . . . : Specify the OPTION(*INP) and the ACCPTH(*FILE) parameters on the Open Database File (OPNDBF) command to open member member &9 file &7 in library &8. This will build the uniquely keyed access path. Then try the APYJRNCHG or RMVJRNCHG request again specifying your previous values, but with &10 on the FROMENTLRG or the FROMENT parameter, and journal receiver &4 in library &5 as the starting journal receiver on the RCVRNG parameter.
