Cannot use file &1 as OUTFILE.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : File &1 in library &2 cannot be used as an OUTFILE while it is being journaled to the same journal you are processing.
Recovery . . . : Either change the file name in the OUTFILE parameter value, or end journaling (ENDJRNPF command) for file &1. Then try the request again.
