Access path journaling for file &1 not started.

Cause . . . . . : Access path journaling could not be started for file &1 in library &2 because either the access path maintenance has been specified as *REBLD in the MAINT parameter value or the force access path specification is *YES in the FRCACCPTH parameter value. Access path journaling can only be started for files with an access path maintenance specification of *IMMED or *DLY and a force access path specification of *NO.
Recovery . . . : Change the MAINT parameter value to *IMMED or *DLY and the FRCACCPTH parameter value to *NO using either the CHGPF, CHGLF, or CHGSRCPF command. Then try the request again.
