Journal receiver not created.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The system tried to create a journal receiver for journal &1 in library &2 during the restore operation for the journal. However, the journal receiver was not created.
Recovery . . . : Look at the job log (DSPJOBLOG command) for messages that indicate the reason for the failure. If no messages are listed, a unique name could not be created for the journal receiver that is to be created in the library of the journal. Correct any errors and try the request again.
