Message : CPF70A6
Object &1 in library &2 member &3 is not eligible for the requested operation.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Object &1 in library &2 member &3 type *&4 is not eligible for the requested operation because of reason code &5. If *N or hex zero appears within this message, then information for that field does not apply.
0 -- Could not determine which of the following reason code applies.
1 -- Active commit definitions are open for the specified object.
2 -- A logical file is currently open over the specified object.
3 -- The specified object is a data queue that is currently in use.
4 -- There could be an ASP mismatch between the journal and the object for which journaling was to be started. For journaling to be started for an object, the object and the journal have to be in the same ASP.
Recovery . . . :
Recovery for each reason code is:
1 -- To determine which active commit definitions may be open, use the Work with Journal Attributes (WRKJRNA) command on journal &6 in library &7. Then press F19 for Display journaled objects. Take option 6 for Commitment Definitions. This will show the commit definitions that are preventing the object from ending journal. Address any active commit definitions then try the request again.
2 -- To determine which logical files may be open, use the Work with Job (WRKJOB) command. Close any logical files and try the request again.
3 -- Wait for the job using the data queue to finish processing and try the request again.
4 -- Ensure the object for which journaling is to be started is in the same ASP as the journal to which it will be journaled.
