Problem with exit program &2/&1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : There was a problem with exit program &2/&1, reason code &8. The exit program is registered on the QIBM_QJO_CHG_JRNRCV exit point. The exit program was being called for journal &4/&3 and journal receiver &6/&5 which reside in ASP device &7. The reason codes are:
1 -- The exit program did not exist.
2 -- Registered user profile &9 did not exist or could not be swapped to.
3 -- The exit program exceeded the time limit of &10 seconds.
4 -- The exit program signaled an exception.
5 -- The exit program registration facility repository is currently unavailable for use because another process is changing the repository.
6 -- An unexpected exception was encountered while setting up for or calling the registered exit programs.
A value of *N means the information was not available or does not apply.
Recovery . . . : For reason code 1, ensure the exit program exists in the library specified, and is in the system ASP.
For reason code 2, verify the user profile specified on the QIBM_QJO_CHG_JRNRCV exit point exists on the system.
For reason code 3, the maximum time the exit program can run is &10 seconds. It is recommended that the exit program only execute short running operations. Consider modifying the exit program to submit a new job (SBMJOB) to perform the operations currently in the exit program.
For reason code 4, consider modifying the exit program to submit a new job (SBMJOB) to perform the operations currently in the exit program. Then, view the joblog (DSPJOBLOG) of the submitted job to see the exceptions that were signaled.
For reason code 5, no further action is necessary. The request will be automatically retried by the system.
For reason code 6, there is no recovery.
