Cannot associate dual receivers with journal &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Starting with V4R5M0, one can no longer attach dual receivers to a journal.
An attempt was made to associate a dual receiver with remote journal &1 in library &2. The dual receiver was either being attached by a change journal operation, or was being restored. The dual receiver that was trying to be associated with the journal was journal receiver &3 in library &4. The existing receiver is journal receiver &5 in library &6.
Recovery . . . : Delete the existing receiver and try the request again.
