Remote journal environment ended for journal &1 in library &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A change journal operation timed out while waiting to attach remote journal receiver &3 in library &4 in Auxiliary Storage Pool (ASP) group &7. A conflict with another process prevented journal receiver &3 in library &4 from being attached to remote journal &1 in library &2.
Recovery . . . : Activate remote journaling again from the source system using the Change Remote Journal (CHGRMTJRN) command or the Change Journal State (QjoChangeJournalState) API. If this error persists, report the problem to IBM (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The currently attached journal receiver for journal &1 is &5 in library &6 in ASP group &7.
