Cause . . . . . : Manage receivers (MNGRCV) parameter is allowed to change from *USER to *SYSTEM only when new journal receivers are being attached to the specified journal.
Recovery . . . : Specify *GEN, or new journal receivers to be attached to the specified journal and then try the request again.
