Referential constraint error. Reason code &9.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The operation to apply or remove journaled entries failed with reason code &9 at sequence number &10 in journal receiver &1 in library &2 because of a referential constraint error. The reason codes and their meanings follow:
1 - Referential constraint &8 for dependent file &4 in library &5 and parent file &6 in library &7 is in check pending status.
2 - The access path associated with referential constraint &8 is not valid.
Recovery . . . : For reason code 1, disable referential constraint &8 for dependent file &4 in library &5 using the Change Physical File Constraint (CHGPFCST) command. Then try the APYJRNCHG or RMVJRNCHG request again, specifying your previous values, but with &10 on the FROMENTLRG or the FROMENT parameter, and journal receiver &1 in library &2 as the starting journal receiver on the RCVRNG parameter.
When the APYJRNCHG or RMVJRNCHG request is complete, enable referential constraint &8 using the Change Physical File Constraint (CHGPFCST) or Work with Physical File Constraints (WRKPFCST) command.
For reason code 2, try to correct the access path using the Edit Rebuild of Access Paths (EDTRBDAP) command. After the access path is rebuilt, try the command again. If the access path cannot be rebuilt, use the same recovery as is described for reason code 1.
