Cause . . . . . : The operation to apply or remove journaled entries failed on journal receiver &4 in library &5 sequence number &7, because member &3 file &1 in library &2 has reached the maximum number of encoded vector access paths. The apply or remove operation of the output, update, or delete operation was not successful. Either the version of file &1 on the system or the starting specification is not correct.
Recovery . . . : Either restore the correct version of the file or change the value for the FROM option. Then try the request again.
