Journal receiver threshold too big for journal.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Attempting to attach a journal receiver with a threshold value that is larger than the journal can use.
Recovery . . . : Either add *MAXOPT1 or *MAXOPT2 or *MAXOPT3 to the RCVSIZOPT parameter or create a new journal receiver with a threshold value less than or equal to 1,919,999 kilobytes. Then try the command again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Journal receiver &1 in library &2 has a threshold of &3 kilobytes. The maximum value for threshold for this journal is 1,919,999 kilobytes.
