Message : CPF70F5
Receiver threshold value is not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Because MNGRCV(*SYSTEM) has been specified for this journal, the to be attached receiver must have a threshold value other than *NONE and at least &2 kilobytes.
Recovery . . . :
If JRNRCV(*GEN) was specified when changing journal receivers (CHGJRN command), try the operation again specifying a THRESHOLD value other than *NONE that is &2 kilobytes or greater.
If a receiver name was specified when changing journal receivers or when creating a journal (CRTJRN command), delete the to be attached receiver and create a new journal receiver (CRTJRNRCV command) specifying a THRESHOLD value other than *NONE that is &2 kilobytes or greater. Then try the operation again using this new journal receiver.
If you do not want the system to manage the receivers for this journal and you want a THRESHOLD value of *NONE, try the operation again specifying MNGRCV(*USER).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : If you were attempting a CHGJRN operation and specified JRNRCV(*GEN) THRESHOLD(*SAME), you can determine the currently attached receivers threshold value by using the Work with Journal Attributes (WRKJRNA) command and selecting the display attributes option for the currently attached receiver.
