Pointer not set for variable &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A basing pointer required to locate the variable is not set to any address. The variable is &3 in program &1.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the command again:
1) Use either the ADR, PGMVAR, PTR, or REFPTR parameter to specify a basing pointer for the variable that is a set space pointer;
2) Ensure that all basing pointers for the variable are set correctly. You can use the DSPPGMVAR command to display a pointer value, and the either the CHGHLLPTR or CHGPTR command to change a pointer data object variable.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : If no basing pointers were specified for this variable on the command, the variable is declared based on some pointer that is not set. The variable that requires a set pointer is &3.
