SYS parameter not allowed for HLL pointer &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The SYSOBJ and OBJTYPE parameters cannot be specified to set a high-level language (HLL) pointer. The pointer is &3 in program &1.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the command again:
-- Use the PTR parameter to specify a pointer that is not an HLL pointer.
-- Specify the ADR parameter to set a space pointer value or null pointer value in the HLL pointer variable.
-- Specify the OFFSET parameter to change the space pointer offset in an HLL pointer that already contains a space pointer value.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : An HLL pointer can only contain a space pointer or null pointer value. The pointer cannot be changed using the SYSOBJ parameter because an HLL pointer can only be set to the address of a variable in the program that contains the pointer, or to a different offset in a space that it already addresses.
