ODV number &3 not allowed for ADR parameter.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The variable specified on the ADR parameter must be a high-level language (HLL) variable name for this command, not an ODV number. The variable is &3 in program &1.
Recovery . . . : Use the ADR parameter to specify an HLL variable name and the PGM parameter to correct program name. Then, try the command again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The primary variable for the ADR parameter must be an HLL variable name, but an ODV number can be used as a subscript value. If you are authorized to the CHGPTR command, you can use it to set a pointer data object variable to the address of any data object variable in the program (even an ODV number).
