Subscript variable &3 value not correct.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The variable is &3 in program &1. The variable value is not correct as an array subscript for one of the following reasons:
-- The value is too large.
-- The floating-point *NAN, *INF, and *NEGINF values cannot be used for subscripts.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the command again:
-- Specify a subscript value that is either a numeric constant that has 1-31 decimal digits and an optional leading sign, or a variable with a correct subscript value in the ADR, PGMVAR, PTR, or REFPTR parameter.
-- Use the Change Program Variable (CHGPGMVAR) command to change the value of the variable used as a subscript.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : A subscript value must be no larger than 2147482647 and no smaller than -2147482648.
